How to order Australia:

Cheques – Made payable to Jacqueline Hall in AUD$. Please allow 10 days for these to clear.

Please email me for shipping costs, if not included with price of Bear. Insurance is optional, but recommend. Prices will be quoted by email.
Orders are shipped by Australia post

International orders:

Please Note that international customers will need to contact me by email to arrange payment as shipping and insurance costs will have to be calculated according to your individual order and location. The Bear will be shipped by Australia post using airmail.

I will refund your money if the bear is returned in its original condition to me within the 30 days of receiving it. Please send it back insured with delivery confirmation, and I will refund your original price less the shipping charges.
